Aaron Donald is a NFL defensive lineman defeating the odds as an undersized player. He is arguably the shortest defensive lineman in the league and he is dominating the NFL’s top players and constantly playing at a high level. He has brought a new type of swagger and work ethic to the Los Angeles Rams that was instilled in him by his father in Pittsburgh growing up. Aaron went from building a monster in his parents basement to rising to the top of Pittsburgh University’s record book and eventually the NFL’s. One thing that stayed the same throughout his whole journey was his work ethic. Aaron has a very extensive diet and workout plan that he follows in the season and in the offseason to keep himself in top shape so that he can dominate the league. Aaron is the only defensive lineman to be named in the NFL’s top 100 ever. That is a testament to his greatness and his preparation for the game.
